1. Mung beans
3. Peas [small] 4. Salt & pepper
5. Croutons [for garnish]
- Wash and soak the mung beans. Drain the beans and return them to the pot and add 2 cups of fresh water along with the peas.
- Boil on medium heat until they are soft. Add them together with butter, salt and pepper to a blender.
- Blend until soft and smooth. Serve and garnish with croutons
