Mung Beans Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1. Mung beans
2. Butter
3. Peas [small] 4. Salt & pepper
5. Croutons [for garnish]

Method:

  • Wash and soak the mung beans. Drain the beans and return them to the pot and add 2 cups of fresh water along with the peas.
  • Boil on medium heat until they are soft. Add them together with butter, salt and pepper to a blender.
  • Blend until soft and smooth. Serve and garnish with croutons
