Buchu Iced Tea Recipe


  • 4 bags Buchu tea
  • 5 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 litre boiled water
  • 100g mixed berries, fresh or frozen


  • Make the tea base by adding the tea bags and raw honey into a large jar.
  • Pour in the boiled water, and stir until the honey is dissolved.
  • Allow the tea to seep and cool completely. Remove the teabags.
  • Add the mixed berries.
  • Store the ice tea in the fridge, allowing the flavour to infuse fully.
  • Best served cold.
