Buchu Iced Tea Recipe


  • 4 bags Buchu tea
  • 5 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 litre boiled water
  • 100g mixed berries, fresh or frozen


  1. Make the tea base by adding the tea bags and raw honey into a large jar.
  2. Pour in the boiled water, and stir until the honey is dissolved.
  3. Allow the tea to seep and cool completely. Remove the teabags.
  4. Add the mixed berries.
  5. Store the ice tea in the fridge, allowing the flavour to infuse fully.
  6. Best served cold.
