Buchu Iced Tea Recipe
- 4 bags Buchu tea
- 5 tbsp raw honey
- 1 litre boiled water
- 100g mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- Make the tea base by adding the tea bags and raw honey into a large jar.
- Pour in the boiled water, and stir until the honey is dissolved.
- Allow the tea to seep and cool completely. Remove the teabags.
- Add the mixed berries.
- Store the ice tea in the fridge, allowing the flavour to infuse fully.
- Best served cold.
