
Jugo Beans Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Jugo beans
2. Baby potatoes
3. Red pepper
4. Yellow pepper
5. Green pepper
6. Mushrooms
7. Carrots
8. Onion
9. Brussels sprouts
10. Masala spice
11. Curry paste
12. Garlic
13. Ginger
14. Oil
15. Cumin
16. Coriander
Method:
- Slowly bring to boil jugo beans and simmer on medium heat until beans are completely softened with the lid on.
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add onion, red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, carrots, mushrooms, brussels sprouts and gently sauté. Add crushed ginger, garlic, masala spice, cumin, coriander and continue to gently sauté until onions and peppers are completely soften and gently golden in colour.
- Add the cooked beans in the mix, stir and balance the taste.
