Eucalyptus Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

• 3 heaped tbsp Eucalyptus tea
• 5 tbsp raw honey
• 1 litre boiled water
• 3 limes, sliced
• Fresh mint leaves

Method:

• Make the tea base by adding the leaf tea and raw honey into a large jar.
• Pour in the boiled water, and stir until the honey is dissolved.
• Allow the tea to seep and cool completely. Strain the tea to remove the leaves.
• Add the lime slices into the tea.
• Store the ice tea in the fridge, allowing the limes to infuse fully.
• Best served cold, with fresh mint leaves.
