Sutherlandia Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

• 3 bags Sutherlandia tea
• 2 bags rooibos tea
• 5 tbsp raw honey
• 1 litre boiled water
• 2 tbsp grated ginger, or more if preferred

Method:

• Make the tea base by adding the tea bags and raw honey into a large jar.
• Pour in the boiled water, and stir until the honey is dissolved.
• Allow the tea to seep and cool completely. Remove the teabags.
• Add the grated ginger into the tea.
• Store the ice tea in the fridge.
• Best served cold.
