- 3 bags Sutherlandia tea
- 2 bags rooibos tea
- 5 tbsp raw honey
- 1 litre boiled water
- 2 tbsp grated ginger, or more if preferred
- Make the tea base by adding the tea bags and raw honey into a large jar.
- Pour in the boiled water, and stir until the honey is dissolved.
- Allow the tea to seep and cool completely. Remove the teabags.
- Add the grated ginger into the tea.
- Store the ice tea in the fridge.
- Best served cold.
