Javanica Iced Tea Recipe


  • 6 bags Javanica tea
  • 5 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 litre boiled water
  • 4 granadillas, fresh pulp


  1. Make the tea base by adding the tea bags and raw honey into a large jar.
  2. Pour in the boiled water, and stir until the honey is dissolved.
  3. Allow the tea to seep and cool completely. Remove the teabags.
  4. Add the granadilla pulp.
  5. Store the ice tea in the fridge.
  6. Best served cold.
